Upload Gerber files, BOM, and drawings. Engineers review for manufacturability issues, confirm stackup, impedance, and materials before a single drill touches laminate.

PCB Fabrication

Lamination, drilling, copper plating, etching, solder mask, silkscreen, and surface finish — HASL, ENIG, OSP, or Immersion Silver — with real-time process monitoring.

Component Assembly

SMT paste printing, automated pick-and-place, reflow, wave/selective soldering for THT, and manual placement for specialty components — all under one roof.

Test & Ship

We accept Gerber RS-274X (preferred), ODB++, and IPC-2581 formats. For assembly, we require a BOM in Excel or CSV format plus an assembly drawing (PDF) and centroid/pick-and-place file. If you only have an Eagle, KiCad, or Altium project file, we can work from those as well.
No minimum order quantity. We run prototype orders from a single board all the way to millions of units in production. Pricing naturally scales with volume, but we never require a minimum commitment to get started.
Bare PCBs: 24-hour expedite is available for most constructions up to 8 layers. Assembled and tested boards: 48–72 hours depending on component availability. Standard NPI turnaround is 5–7 business days. All timelines start after DFM sign-off.
Both options work. We offer full turnkey service (we source all components from franchised distributors) or consignment (you supply the parts, we assemble). A hybrid approach is also common — we source most components and you consign specialty or long-lead items.
We offer HASL (lead-free), ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), ENEPIG, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, and OSP. ENIG is our most popular finish for fine-pitch SMT. Hard gold is available for edge connectors and contact fingers.
Yes. We fabricate single-layer and multi-layer flex circuits, as well as rigid-flex constructions. Common applications include wearable medical devices, aerospace avionics, and compact consumer electronics where 3D interconnects are required.
Standard: 100% AOI, electrical test (flying probe or fixture), and visual inspection per IPC-A-610. For higher-reliability programs we also offer 3D X-ray (BGA and hidden joints), ICT, functional test, burn-in, and environmental stress screening. All test reports are shipped with the boards.
Yes. Solvian Labs is registered with the US Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). We have secure production areas, access control, and export compliance procedures specifically for ITAR-controlled technical data and hardware.
